As a result, we are designers as opposed to packagers. Every single member of our team has studied under a formal design program with a specialty in interior design, architecture or merchandising.

CHDR believes that first impressions are critical. The experience for potential buyers begins with the ENTRY. CHDR will ensure that the point of entry has a maximum impact, guiding potential buyers through the dining room to the main living area through the use of a console, artwork and/or mirror(s) and accessories.
Living Room
The LIVING ROOM of this residence is open and bright. CHDR will provide a luxurious selection of furniture and accessories that will define and maximize the central space.
Dining Room
The DINING ROOM in this residence is integrated with both the kitchen and living room. CHDR will properly define the space by bringing in a dining table, chairs, artwork, mirror(s), and accessories in order to allow buyers to envision the welcoming space that awaits them.
Primary Bedroom
The PRIMARY BEDROOM in this residence will be completed with a king bed, nightstands, an area rug, lighting, a seating area, as well as luxurious bedding, décor pillows, artwork, mirrors, and accessories in order to create a warm, inviting primary suite.
Home Office
The HOME OFFICE will be a warm space ideal for work! Decorated with a desk, office chair, area rug, and artwork and accessories, CHDR will ensure a cozy, productive space.
